A strategy and business plan for merger integration and a business process model for merger integration are created and a resource model for merger integration is created.

What is the timeline for the integration, and what are the key phases and milestones?

Who will be on the integration team, and what roles and responsibilities will they have?

How will we harmonize the different corporate cultures, values, and employee engagement practices?

What is the approach for integrating the IT systems, infrastructure, and data?

What are the plans for product and service integration, and how will we communicate changes to customers?

How will we align business processes, policies, and procedures across different departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales, Operations)?

What are the expected financial synergies and cost-saving opportunities, and how will they be realized?

What legal and compliance issues need to be addressed during integration (e.g., contracts, labor laws, regulatory approvals)?

What are the potential risks and challenges associated with integration, and what mitigation strategies do we have in place?

How will we manage change and communicate with stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, investors) throughout the integration process?
